틀니를 하기 전에 먼저 아픈 앞니와 잇몸을 치료해야 한다고
할머니께 말씀드렸어요.
거동이 불편하셔서 휠체어에 앉아 계신 할머니를
안아 올려 의자에 앉혀드렸어요.
우리 할머니 너무 가벼우셔 ㅠㅠ
틀니하고 맛있는 음식 많이 드셔야겠어요.

할머니께 조근조근 설명해 드리며 긴장을 풀어드렸어요~^^

오늘은 염증치료와 잇몸치료를 하셨고
임시틀니 제작을 위해 구강의 본을 떠서 모형을 제작했어요.
치아는 물론 잇몸의 형태까지 면밀하게 본을 떠서 모형을 제작해요.
그래야 틀니가 잇몸의 형태에 잘 맞춰진답니다.
이렇게 모형을 만들어서 환자의 현 치아과 구강상태를 검사하고 평가하여
체계적인 치료 계획을 세우게 됩니다.
다음번에 오시면 바로 임시 틀니를 끼워드릴수 있도록
꼼꼼하게 준비해 드릴께요.
